Why we exist
Annuities are long, complicated contracts, usually sold by someone paid a commission on the sale. When owners have questions later, the people they can ask are usually the ones who sold the contract or someone hoping to sell a new one.
We connect you with a legal representative that will read the contract, explain it in plain language and lay out every option, including keeping it. Every client gets personal legal representation: a separate attorney-client relationship with an independent licensed law firm, confirmed in a written representation agreement. That attorney represents you. Not Annuity Resolution, not the sales team and certainly not the insurance company.
